Reporting to the Director of Sales & Marketing, the Digital Marketing Leader is responsible for developing and implementing all aspects of  Chase Hospitality Group’s digital marketing strategy by producing maximum exposure and ROI for our brands.  The ideal candidate will be versatile, consumer insights and data driven leader with extensive digital marketing experience within the hospitality industry. 



  • Champions the brand’s vision and values and contribute to a culture of positivity and high standards where all employees CHASE perfection in everything they do
  • Create an environment that is warm, welcoming and filled with positivity for guests and employees
  • Uphold our standards at all times and treat everyone with courtesy and respect
  • Develop strategic, creative and insightful digital ad campaigns that increase overall brand awareness and revenue measured through restaurant reservations, take out orders, national frozen food shipping subscriptions, loyalty program memberships and private event bookings
  • Increase social community engagement through timely, dynamic content aligned with brand voice for all restaurant concepts and CHG corporate accounts
  • Manage social influencer relationships, marketing outreach, reservation accomodations and gifting campaigns 
  • Optimize SEO / SEM and implement retargeting campaigns
  • Provide timely reporting through the utilization of Google Analytics 
  • Responsible for CRM database management and targeted email campaign deployment  
  • Develop content calendar and provide weekly campaign performance and analytics reporting 
  • Implement timely updates to restaurant branded websites and 3rd party partner sites to ensure promotions, menus, contact info operating hours and images are current
  • Manage day-to-day relationship with external technology partners (i.e Toast, Resy, UberEats, DoorDash, Shopify, etc.) to ensure maximum marketing exposure, data utilization, and engagement in promotional opportunities 
  • Keep abreast of new trends, technology platforms and partnership opportunities in the world of digital media




  • 5-7 years of demonstrated excellence as a Digital and Social Media marketing leader
  • Proven track record of evaluating industry trends and user expectations to create, launch, manage and optimize digital programs and content
  • Strong understanding of how all current digital marketing channels function
  • Solid knowledge of online marketing tools and best practices
  • Hands on experience with SEO/SEM, Google Analytics and CRM software, EPS software/platforms
  • Excellent analytical and project management skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Technologies or relevant field
  • Strong leadership/management skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage marketing across multiple companies
  • Creative and strategic thinker
  • Proven ability to plan and manage budgets
  • Strong verbal and written communication
  • Proven success working collaboratively across multi-functional teams
  • Positive outlook with ability to be flexible and adapt to change
