Reporting to the President & CEO, the Graphic Designer spearheads the creation of content for all menus, marketing collateral, emailers and digital content. This position has the opportunity to exercise strong creative abilities to illustrate the brand identities across multiple areas of the business.


  • Champions the brand’s vision and values and contribute to a culture of positivity and high standards where all employees CHASE perfection in everything they do

Graphic Design

  • Execute menu updates for company restaurants, including partnered restaurants (a la carte, bar menu, features, wine, dessert, special events, etc.)
  • Create exceptional and engaging digital content, all the way from ideation to execution
  • Utilize brand assets to design marketing collateral, digital content, signage, emailers, menus, event packages and more
  • Work collaboratively with key stakeholders and manage multiple digital projects concurrently 
  • Adhere to design standards and guidelines; deliver in accordance with deadline
  • Conceptualize and execute digital creative for social media (i.e. repurposing creative for social media ads, pop-up alerts, etc.)


  • Execute photoshoots and edit photography and video content
  • Assist in the ideation of new and unique content, as well as the development of shot lists



  • 3+ years of experience in Graphic Design
  • You obsess over culture, food, tech and a perfectly crafted Internet meme. 
  • Fully understand and embody Chase Hospitality Group’s can-do attitude, demonstrating a level of passion and dedication where no task is beneath you. 
  • Thrive in a collaborative environment, which includes working closely with the marketing team as well as events, operations and leadership.
  • Demonstrate industry knowledge on an international scale that serves to assist in the development of strategy
  • Understand work-life integration and appreciate that work may be required on evenings and weekends in order to support content creation, as well as display the support we have for our phenomenal restaurant teams
